Seeta Patel Dance is hosting a 2 day masterclass on her Olivier nominated work The Rite of Spring in India. We will be coming to Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Mumbai.
This version of The Rite of Spring is a reimagining of Igor Stravinsky’s iconic ballet in the Bharatanatyam dance style. Seeta Patel marries Indian classical dance and Western classical music in her version of The Rite of Spring.

In this masterclass, Seeta will be teaching techniques on Nritta and constructing movement through a detailed deep-dive into her flagship work ‘The Rite of Spring’- this is an absolutely unique opportunity to learn face-to-face and interact with an artist of Seeta’s calibre and experience.

Applications are reviewed on a first come first serve basis.
Early bird discount will be given to the first 4 SUCCESSFUL participants in each city.

Please note that all workshops will be capped at MAXIMUM 24 participants.

Structure of the day:
- 1 hour 15 minutes morning technique class into masterclass work
- 1-hour lunch break and 15-minute breaks every three hours
